Lavrov and Kerry to discuss Syrian settlement

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is to meet with US Secretary of State John Kerry at the upcoming session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE Ministerial Council).

"Kerry is to hold bilateral meetings in Belgrade during the meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, as well as a separate meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov," the State Department reports.
