Foreign Ministers of Russia and Armenia Sergey Lavrov and Edward Nalbandian have signed the Plan of Consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries for 2016-2017, the Russian Foreign Ministry reports.
A short meeting between Lavrov and Nalbandian took place today in Moscow. President of Armenian arrived in Moscow as part of the official delegation accompanying President Serzh Sargsyan during his working visit to Russia, Tass reports.
