Lavrov arrives in Riyadh

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Riyadh as part of a trip to the countries of the Persian Gulf.

According to RIA Novosti, Lavrov will hold talks with his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.

It is noted that on June 1, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry will take part in a regular meeting of the Russia-GCC (Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf) forum of foreign ministers. He will also meet with colleagues from the UAE and Kuwait.
