"Medialogy" company published rating of the most mentioned Russian ministers in social networks. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu and Culture Minister Vladimir Medinsky were the most popular in April.
Lavrov was ahead of everyone with 147,1 thousand mentions, Shoigu - 83.1 thousand mentions, and Medinsky - 29 thousand.
