During the visit of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Baku, the Russian and AzerbaijanI sides discussed bilateral relations and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
"During the talks they discussed topical aspects of bilateral relations and cooperation in international affairs, as well as the issues of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," the official statement says.
The visit took place on Tuesday. Sergey Lavrov held working meetings with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and with his colleague Elmar Mammadyarov, RIA Novosti reported.
