Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding talks with Armenia's acting foreign minister Ara Ayvazyan in Yerevan,
The ministers are expected to discuss bilateral and regional issues with an emphasis on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
During his visit Lavrov will also hold a meeting with Armenia's acting prime minister, Nikol Pashinyan, Izvestia reported.
A few days after his visit to Armenia, Lavrov is expected to visit Baku on May 10-11.
