Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu held telephone negotiations on Friday, a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
"Our minister held telephone negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. They discussed bilateral relations and regional issues," TASS cited the source as saying.
