Special Presidential Envoy for Afghanistan, the Russian Foreign Ministry's second Asian department director, Zamir Kabulov, said that the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov may pay an official visit to Iran in 2016.
"No agreement has been reached yet. Sergei Lavrov was invited and he may visit Iran this year," RIA Novosti cited Kabulov as saying.
