Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at the meeting with the vice-president of the European Commission, Kristalina Georgieva, that a bureaucratic solution to the problems of refugees from the East is not going to work in the EU.
He emphasized that the causes of mass migration to Europe are completely political, so a mechanical regulation of quotas will not stabilize the migration situation.
