A telephone conversation between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the head of European diplomacy Federica Mogherini was held today, during which the parties agreed to hold a meeting in Belgrade, which will host a session of the Ministerial Council of the OSCE on December 3-4.
In addition, during the conversation Mogherini expressed her condolences to Lavrov over the crash of the Su-24, and noted the need to unite in order to fight terrorism.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the incident with the Su-24 looks like a planned action.
