Germany, France and the United States must put an end to Kiev's non-recognition of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics as legitimate negotiating partners.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov appealed with this call to the foreign ministers of these countries.
"Kiev did not view the representatives of Luhansk and Donetsk as parties to the negotiations. The funny thing is that representatives of Luhansk and Donetsk republics signed the Minsk agreements, so there is no doubt as to their legitimacy as parties of the conflict. We have drawn the attention of our German and French partners, and the Americans earlier, that this is the time to put an end to this," TASS quoted him as saying.
