Today Vladimir Putin has signed a law on fines for internet search engines for refusing to remove links according to the law on the "right to be forgotten".
A citizen can make a request with the help of an online search engine and substantiate its desire to remove one, or another link with his personal information. If an operator doesn't need any additional information an operator has to motivate its refusal, or make the link unavailable within ten days. After that a person can apply to the court, RBC reports.
