The armed forces of Armenia were defeated in the battle for Shusha, French newspaper Le Monde reports.
The newspaper notes that units of the Armenian Armed Forces suffered serious losses, dozens of wounded soldiers in military vehicles arrive to Khankendi (Stepanakert).
"The rest are descending from the mountain, exhausted, not knowing if they resume the battle ... On the way back, they hurriedly leave their belongings under artillery and sniper fire. On November 6, the battle for Shusha turned in favor of the Azerbaijani forces," the French newspaper reports.
