According to Aziz Kurbanov, lawyer for the defendant, the legal defense of the head of the Kizlyar district of Dagestan, Andrey Vinogradov, has filed an appeal against his arrest.
"We have filed a complaint to the Appeals Board of Moscow city court, in which we ask for the verdict on Andrey Vinogradov to be cancelled and a milder measure of restraint chosen,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
