The penultimate orange level status has started to operate in Moscow and the Moscow region. It has been introduced due to the heat wave. Tomorrow the temperature will rise up to 29 degrees, the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia reports.
The same warning is issued in Kostroma, Ivanovo, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Ryazan and the Tula regions, Life writes.
The orange level is the penultimate level of natural hazards. Its introduction means that the weather conditions pose a serious threat.
