Another charge has been brought against businessman Levon Hayrapetyan, suspected of stealing and laundering money from sales of Bashneft shares.
The Russian Investigative Committee believes that Hayrapetyan stole 700 thousand dollars belonging to former Senator Igor Izmestev's mother in 2010.
