Leyla Aliyeva adopts girl from orphanage

The vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva, has adopted a girl from a local orphanage, the Executive Director of the Foundation, Anar Alakbarov, said.

"Leyla is now the mother of not only twin boys but also a girl," APA cited him as saying.

The Executive Director added that Leyla Aliyeva became attached to the child with all her heart. "We often visit orphanages and boarding schools. We can say that we already know the names of every child in these facilities," Anar Alekperov noted.
