Low turnout in Stavropol Territory and Kabardino-Balkaria

According to the Central Electoral Commission of the North Caucasus, it was established at 15:00 MSK that more than half of the residents of Chechnya and Ingushetia had already voted.

Voters in Karachay-Cherkessia and Stavropol Territory aren’t so active in comparison with their neighbors from other regions. It is noted that the turnout of residents is one of the lowest in the North Caucasus. Only 20% of the population have voted so far in Stavropol Territory.
