Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has expressed condolences to the Russian President Vladimir Putin over the victims of an explosion in the St. Petersburg metro.
"I want to offer you my condolences, as well as the families of the victims and citizens of St. Petersburg," Lukashenko said at the meeting with Putin, TASS reported.
