Minsk is ready to help Dushanbe in maintaining peace and security in the country, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon.
"You always put tremendous efforts into ensuring security in the region. You know that we are ready to help you at any time," TASS cited Lukashenko as saying.
The head of Tajikistan said that Tajikistan appreciates the long-standing friendship between the peoples. Rakhmon also gave a positive assessment of the bilateral relations between the two countries.
