Today, the early voting was held at the Lukoil facilities in the Caspian Sea for the first time. 424 persons participated in the presidential elections, the press-service of the Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhskneft (Lukoil's subsidiary) reported.
”The early voting was held during two days on a floating oil storage, a jack-up floating drilling rig ‘Neptun’, at the Yury Korchagin field, and for the first time, the federal elections were held on the Vladimir Filanovsky oil platform," TASS cites the message of the press-service.
