Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy, a co-chairman of the Azerbaijani-Iranian intergovernmental commission on trade-economic and humanitarian cooperation, Shahin Mustafayev, met today with a delegation led by the deputy governor of the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan on socio-political issues, Saeed Shabistari, the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan reports.
Shahin Mustafayev said at the meeting that there is great potential for the development of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran and the expansion of bilateral ties in various sectors of the economy, as well as in industrial and mechanical engineering.
