OJSC International airport of Makhachkala increased passenger traffic by 37% up to 700,000 passengers in 2015 in comparison with 2014, the company's assistant general manager Imara Abumislimova stated today.
The number flights from Makhachkala increased by 18.4% during the year and exceeded 7,000 flights. In December 2015, the airport served about 65,000 people, carrying out 699 flights, Interfax-South cites the company.
