The administration of the Dagestan capital will pay a fine for violations of sanitary legislation in the field of solid municipal waste management; the amount of the fine is 862,000 rubles.
The Office of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Dagestan decided to impose a fine on the administration of the city of Makhachkala in the amount of 862,000 rubles for violations of sanitary legislation in the field of municipal solid waste (MSW) management. The subject of the violation is the failure to fulfill obligations for the timely removal and disposal of waste.
“In 2024, Rospotrebnadzor, based on identified facts of violation of sanitary legislation in the field of municipal solid waste management, issued three decisions to bring the administration of Makhachkala to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the amount of 862,000 rubles,”
