Today the capital of Dagestan is celebrating its 158th anniversary. The festival is taking place mainly on Rhodope Boulevard. Various master classes, exhibitions, sporting events, performances of athletes, rope-walkers, and clowns have been arranged, the press office of the Mayor’s Office of Makhachkala informs.
A concert of the Muradov Dagestani State Philharmonic at the summer playground is to be the main event. It starts at 5:00 pm.
The official part of the celebration is to be crowned with fireworks at 7:20 pm.
