Malena Mard summoned to Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry

The head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, Malena Mard, was summoned to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry regarding a resolution recently adopted by the European Parliament on Azerbaijan.

The Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Mahmud Mammadguliyev, condemned the resolution, noting that this document is biased and destructive. He said that the resolution blows apart Azerbaijani-EU relations as well as creating serious obstacles to the prospects for cooperation, Interfax-Azerbaijan cited the deputy foreign minister as saying.
