Foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov held a short meeting on the margins of a gathering marking the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership Program in Brussels, spokeswoman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry Anna Naghdalyan said.
"A short meeting took place on the sidelines of the summit. The ministers shook hands. Official talks between the Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations are not planned," ARKA cited her as saying.
On 13-14 May, the European Union, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine are marking the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership with a number of events in Brussels.
