Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov and Armenia's acting Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will meet with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs (Igor Popov of Russia, Stephane Visconti of France, and Andrew Schofer of the U.S.) in Paris on January 16 to discuss the negotiation process on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.
The talks will also be attended by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
