Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Armenia's acting Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will meet with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs (Igor Popov of Russia, Stephane Visconti of France and Andrew Schofer of the U.S.) in Milan on December 5.
The meeting will take place at the 25th session of the OSCE Ministerial Council, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.
The meeting will also be attended by the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. The negotiation process on resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be discussed at the meeting, the ministry added.
