Settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should begin with the complete withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, according to the requirements of the UN Security Council. This was announced today at a meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
He pointed out that the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's proposal, approved by other co-chairs, may help to resolve the conflict.
