Today, in the presence of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in New York, talks were held between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian, dedicated to a settlement of the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to Trend, during the meeting Mammadyarov stated that Armenia, by using all sorts of provocations, including the increase of tension on the contact line of troops in the zone of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and on the border between the two countries, aims to damage the peace process of the conflict settlement.
