Man dies in hospital after being hit by car in Yerevan

A young man has died today after being hit by a car in Yerevan, according to the Armenian Emergency Ministry's press service.

At 12:47am, the 911 emergency hotline received a call that a person was run over by a car in Yerevan, and rescuers’ assistance was needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene. It was found out that a person born in 1995 was hit by a vehicle,

The man was transferred to hospital where he was pronounced dead, News.am reported.
