Kabardino-Balkarian investigators detained a man suspected of murdering the head of the village’s administration more than 13 years ago, the regional Investigative Committee reported.
”The Regional Investigative Committee of Kabardino-Balkaria resumed the investigation of a criminal case initiated in connection with the assassination of the head of the administration of Khasanya village, Artur Zokayev, which took place on May 15, 2005," the report reads, RIA Novosti reports.
Recall that an unknown person shot Zokayev dead. The criminal was not identified immediately, due to this the preliminary investigation was suspended.
