The Armenian State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition has examined the tariff policy of the "South-Caucasian Railway" (SCR), the concessionaire of the railway of Armenia, the chairman of the State Commission of Armenia on Protection of Economic Competition Artak Shaboyan said today in the parliament.
The SCR increased tariffs for railway transportation. It can be considered a violation of the dominant position, as the company occupies a leading position among carriage fleet operators in Armenia, News.am cites Shaboyan as saying.
