Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili addressed the 4th Global Baku Forum, calling it a very important event.
According to him, the values and issues on the agenda should be discussed in the spirit of great poets like Nizami Ganjavi.
"Georgia plays a very responsible role when it comes to global security and the war against terrorism," he said. “We are very active in Afghanistan, our missions and the Central African Republic, because we believe that sharing the responsibility and building the spirit of partnership is something that brings us to a better future,” Margvelashvili added.
He noted that establishing partnerships contributes to building such projects as the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, the TAP and TANAP projects.
“I think this forum will give us an opportunity to discuss the solutions that will make the Caucasian region a very important part of partnership between the East and the West,” Trend cited the President as saying.
