The President and the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili and Irakli Garibashvili, have expressed their condolences to the President of France, Francois Hollande, in connection with the deaths caused by the terrorist attacks that took place in Paris last night.
"The whole of Georgia is shaken by the monstrous acts of terrorism that caused human casualties. It is a crime against the entire civilized world and humanity, we must all unite in the fight against it," Sputnik Georgia quotes Margvelashvili as saying.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili also expressed his condolences today. "I am shocked by the tragedy that happened in France. In these difficult moments we are close to the French people," he wrote on his Facebook page.
