President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili said during a meeting with the Georgian Diaspora in the United States that a dialogue with Russia is an absolute necessity.
“Having a conversation with Russia is not a matter of choice but an absolute necessity. However, an appropriate time has to come,” TASS cited Margvelashvili as saying.
