The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be resolved on the basis of equality and mutual respect of the parties. The statement was made at the briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
"It seems to me that the truthfulness of our purposes is proved. On par with other co-chairs, and on a par with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides, we want to resolve this very difficult situation, which remain the major problem in bilateral relations during many years,’’ she underlined.
