Moscow is shocked by the killing of former State Duma lawmaker Denis Voronenkov earlier in central Kiev, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
"There are grounds to suggest that this is a prepared contract killing that has all the features of a demonstrative action," the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza cited her as saying.
She stressed that they hope that law enforcement agencies of Ukraine will be able tosolve the crime without politicization based on objective data.
