The decision on the realization of the Russian gas pipeline project North Stream 2 should be determined by Germany, the EU Energy Commissioner Maroš Šefčovič said today.
"Now we're discussing basic characteristics of the project. The first phase when the project should be appraised is the German regulator," RIA Novosti him as saying.
