The head of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz, expressed his concern over the resumption of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh and urged both sides to return to the peace process.
"I am concerned about the escalation in Karabakh. I urge all the parties to return to the peace process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group," TASS quoted him as saying.
