The Speaker of Russia’s Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko, will hold talks with the Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim on December 6, the press service of the upper house of the Russian parliament said.
Turkish Prime Minister will arrive in Moscow on December 6 and will visit Kazan on 7 December. In Moscow, Yıldırım will also hold talks with the Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev, RIA Novosti reports.
