Today one of the most important tasks of the state is to provide Crimea with electricity, water and gas, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko said in an interview for Russia-24.
"We have to make Crimea and Sevastopol completely independent from Ukraine and connect it with the Russian mainland,’’ RIA Novosti cites her as saying.
