Russia can borrow on the international debt market again in 2019 if the situation is favorable on the market, the head of the Russian Finance Ministry’s debt department Konstantin Vyshkovsky said.
"The overall borrowings program has not been canceled by anyone," TASS cited him as saying.
"It is huge and it is certainly possible in order to diversify sources and in a comfortable situation," Vyshkovsky added.
Russia's Ministry of Finance floated new sovereign Eurobonds denominated in dollars, mature in 2035, and completed the additional offering of euro-denominated Eurobonds mature in 2025 last week.
