Charter flights from Russia to Turkey will not resume before late July or early August, the executive director of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) Maya Lomidze said yesterday.
According to Tass, the same time frame was specified by the deputy chairman of the Russian government Arkady Dvorkovich.
