Azerbaijani CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov told journalists that during the first half of the day no serious violations were detected at the parliamentary elections.
Also, no formal complaints in connection with the elections were filed.
As of 12:00, the turnout amounted to 28.2% (1,468,205 voters). The smallest proportion of voters were in Mingachevir electoral district №47 (18.1%), and the most active is Sharur-Sadarak electoral district №1 (47.3%), Trend writes.
