The EU countries have previously agreed on a price cap for Russian oil. Reuters writes about this, referring to a European diplomat.
According to him, the EU chose $60 per barrel.
The diplomat also said that in the future the EU countries may revise the oil price cap, provided that this level was at least 5% below market prices.
