Turkish FC Fenerbahce has reached an agreement with the Italian FC Roma to lease striker Seydou Doumbia, Italian media report.
The parties agreed to lease the forward before the end of the season with a right of redemption. However, FC Fenerbahce faild to obtain the consent of the 28-year-old player, Tass reports.
