Iraq is ready to cooperate and discuss the plan for an oil freeze with the world's leading manufacturers, Deputy Minister of Oil of Iraq Fayyad Naama said in an interview for Al-Sabah.
He did not rule out that it might happen at the meeting of representatives of the leading oil-producing countries in Moscow on March 20th.
