Media: Nice massacre could have been even more deadly

A huge cache of guns, grenades and 'larger weapons' were said to have been found inside the bullet-riddled lorry after it ground to a halt on the busy promenade – suggesting the driver intended to spill more blood, the Daily Mail reports.

Bloodshed befell France's most important national holiday last night as 80 people were massacred when a truck mowed through crowds and the driver unleashed a hail of bullets on fleeing revellers.
